<p>My point: Medical schools are expensive and require lots of funding. To say Berkeley’s fundraising lags UCLA’s, while techically correct, Berkeley doesn’t have the expense of a medical school.</p>
<p>UCBChem, I’m sure UC publicly post the distribution of donations. Can you find out how much UCLA raises minus the amount from the Health System? Comparing apples to apples would help.</p>
<p>Yes, I recall posting the UC fundraising report. I’ll need to search for it. If I recall correctly, about half of UCLA’s donations were for the medical campus.</p>
