Looking at the kids my newly admitted DD knows, it seems like all of NOVA in state got in.

Looks like 1/2 the kids at my DDs school got in and the other half deferred. She doesn’t know any rejections from ED1 at her school.

Goos luck to the deferrals. I do know kids in past years denied outright. I’m sure that ED deferrals will still get a bump, because WM is so clear that they want kinds who want them.

Fingers crossed for those kiddos. I do know one deferred kiddo who wont wait for RD. She told my DD that she doesn’t want the college decision hanging over her head all school year. Sounds like she will pick from one of the schools she applied EA to.

Does anyone know when ED applicants find out if they’ve been selected for the Monroe scholar program?

I saw a post on the WM website that ED 2 results were coming out on January 26, but no one here posted any results after that. Did anyone here apply ED2? I’m just curious how those applications shook out. My daughter is waiting for RD results. Since than ED2 came out slightly earlier than the “early February” they had advertised, I’m wondering if the RD people may hear earlier as well.

I know they came out then because my daughter’s good friend got in ED2. We live in Miami so he was OOS.

At a recent info session they said they “really hoped” they would be able to release before April but it was hard to say bc of large number of apps.

My son got his official acceptance yesterday. He first got the likely postcard the end of January.

S got official acceptance yesterday, as well. Cypher postcard in February, if I recall correctly. Acceptance came by email
prompting him to check W&M portal. He was RD. Best wishes to all!

Does this mean RD has been released? Or only the Cyphers
