William and Mary Rescind?

William and Mary's stated policy regarding rescinding offers of admission is the following:

"At William & Mary, as at many other schools, offers of admission are contingent upon continued high levels of academic and personal conduct. So once final transcripts are received, any student who shows a decline in performance, marked by two or more Cs, any D, or any F, receives a stern warning letter from his/her regional dean asking for an explanation. That student's file is then reviewed by the committee to determine whether or not the offer of admission stands"

A was recently offered admission to the school, but I'm becoming a bit worried. Third quarter has been pretty rough and I've been able to maintain A's in everything except for Calculus, which at this point I have a D in. Optimistically, I might be able to raise that to a D+ by the end of the quarter. I know that I can bring the grade up fourth quarter. I was just curious as to whether they look at second semester grades, final grades, or quarter grades when considering whether or not to rescind an offer of admission.
