<p>i think all i got was a book for this prize, and definitely never bothered putting it on my resume or anything. why would anybody actually care about whether or not they get it? meaningless award.</p>

<p>I think I read somewhere (Bearcats, probably) that the top 3% in Engin have a 3.7+. So it may be possible to get a 3.92 and earn this award. </p>
<p>There’s also the Angell Award, which seems much harder to get than Branstrom. I mean, to get ALL As and A-s throughout consecutive semesters of Engin (especially EECS) seems really difficult if not impossible. How many people get the Angell Award each year?</p>
<p>University Honors seems relatively easier than all the other ones, but still wouldn’t be a piece of cake, because this IS Umich after all.</p>
<p>That said, screw UROP for delaying fall grades. :mad:</p>
