William & Mary vs. VCU, which one is better for pre-med?

I got accepted to both schools and they're what I'm deciding between for my undergrad years. The most important aspect of each school I'm considering is their pre-med track. I heard from a friend that 85% of W&M's pre-med students get accepted to medical schools. VCU obviously has a great pre-med track and I've heard they work hard to get their pre-med students guaranteed spots in the VCU med school.

So what are the pre-med tracks like at each school? Which would prepare me better for med school? Also, if you have this info, which school has a better study abroad program?

VCU for sure. William and Mary doesn’t have as many opportunities. You could probably get money at VCU too. It will be easier to get a good gpa for med school. VCu is less than a free 10 min bus ride away from their hospital. It is a teaching hospital so all the doctors are willing to let you shadow. There is so much research as well.
And VCU really encourages studying abroad. They have a huge selection of programs, you can look it up.
Lastly, vcu is more diverse and i personally think the campus is better.
