<p>I was originally a Winter 06 freshman transfer...But was only notified 3 weeks before Winter quarter started, so all of my paperwork got in a mess with the school.</p>
<p>Anyway, in that three weeks I remember having to pay $60 for an 'application processing fee.' Which in my opinion was pretty shady because I already paid that much for my Fall app. :p Regarding personal statements, a few others were in my position; some had their old essays, some made new, some didn't bring any at all. I had my old essays just in case...But Admissions didn't particularly care.</p>
<p>Then again, they may be more organized and strict about everything this year. So it's better if you call and ask these questions yourself.</p>
