<p>Anyone with more information on acceptances for Winter '06, but not for Fall '05?</p>

<p>Apparently they give these out to the students that barely made the cut. (Like me I guess... <em>chuckle</em>)</p>

<p>Anyways, the website said we weren't guarenteed housing and we'd be on a waitlist for it. Does anyone have good off-campus information for housing and does anyone have some ideas about it?</p>

<p>(Personally... I'm really really looking forward to the time off, I don't see this as a bad thing, other than the housing.)</p>

<p>Off-campus housing is a pain for ucsd. Most local apartments are not within walking distance of the school and are very expensive (la jolla rent sucks). If you were to live off campus you would either need a car or know the bus line well.</p>
