Wireless Network at UCI?

<p>How's the wireless network? Specifically where on campus can you access the network, how's the strength, can you play Starcraft over the network, etc?</p>

<p>Ah yeah and how's the speed of the internet in the dorms? Do they block ports for any specific programs (like Bittorrent, Kazaa, MIRC, etc)?</p>

<p>i dont think they allow you to dl stuff though, thats wut i heard, pretty disppointing.. i dont know, i might be wrong</p>

<p>From what my brother tells me, you can't download stuff in the dorms because resnet (the office that controls residential networking) has a block on that kind of stuff. He actually comes to my house to download stuff.</p>
