Wisconsin or Illinois?

I am going to visit both a the first weekend in April, but academically which one is superior? FYI, I am currently a geology major but want to transfer to business, so which one would be better?

Wisconsin.

apparently UofI is ranked pretty high for business among recruiters, but I still say wisconsin. Probably just a better all around college experience.

ILLINOIS for sure!!!!!

Wisconsin is far superior in geology, and roughly equal, maybe a tad stronger in business. 70 academic departments in the top ten nationally, I mean, how can you go wrong there?

Oh this one is easy....Illlinois, is by far and away superior in Business. As for geology,...either one is fine.

U of I for business!!!

You've got to be kidding sonicmom.

<a href="http://www.bus.wisc.edu/annualreport/2006/undergrad.asp%5B/url%5D">http://www.bus.wisc.edu/annualreport/2006/undergrad.asp</a></p>

It's a coin toss. depends on what field. if accouting then i guess i would have to say UIUC, even though the classes are so f-ing crowded.... i will give business career services kudos for working so hard for us.
but if not accounting and you want to go to a college that you will think is more pleasant to live in, kind of like a small town type feeling than I would pick wisconsin. i've only been there twice and that was years ago but wisconsin, definitely a better campus overall.

Somehow, I just can't help laughing at the fact some UIUC students cast their vote for Wisconsin rather than their own school.

maybe we would have liked to go to wisconsin but we couldn't afford it or it was too hard to get in, ever think about that? it's like saying how I would rather go to Harvard instead of UIUC...
i'm not saying i hate UIUC but i wouldn't have minded to get into wisconsin or say princeton

seriously.. I thought wisconsin is easier to get in than Illinois for Engineering.... all of my engineering friends who got rejected from Illinois got into Wisconsin..
