Withdraw a ED app?

<p>I am applying ED, but can I withdraw my ED before the school makes a decision for whatever reason? (including getting a really good SAT score on october therefore increasing odds for admissions in other schools)?</p>

<p>The reason Im applying ED is because I believe that school is the best for my numbers, however, I've been studying hard and hoping for a good SAT this october. I believe I can go to better schools with the October SAT. </p>

<p>Why don’t you telephone your target ED school for confirmation? It would seem reasonable that you could withdraw or push to RD before decisions are det’d.</p>

<p>Yes, you can withdraw your ED application as long as you do it before getting accepted. If you have any concerns about whether ED is right for you, then withdraw your ED application and ask to be considered RD.</p>
