<p>Ok so I'm in a class where I feel like I might get a poor grade. I'm applying to grad schools this semester so I can't have that.</p>
<p>At my school we have the option of withdrawing a class or changing the status to audit mid-semester. So what looks worse, a withdraw or audit?</p>
<p>BTW, I've never withdrawn from a class before, so this will be my first (if that matters).</p>
<p>What do you guys think?</p>
