Withdraw Pass or a C??

I have a C right now in my AP Biology class, and will most likely have a C for the quarter (although semester grades are what really matters) I was wondering on what I should do, keep the class and maybe try to muster out a B- by the end of the semester or should I withdraw-pass the class?

I am a junior and I am taking 5 other AP classes right now (Chemistry, Calculus AB, Statistics, Economics and Literature) I am getting B+/A-/A's in all of them.. I was wondering if this WP in AP Biology would affect my chances of getting into a top tier university... Biology is really hard for me and I fell behind early in the year, I could take it again my senior year(Would this hurt even more?), and this time be more prepared, as I was not ready for the course load that I took on this year... Also If I get drop this class I could most likely bring the rest of my classes up to A's (with all the extra time I would now have for them) which would give me a 5.0 for the year (I have a 4.3 right now)... This class is a ton of work and I just wasn't ready to take this course load on...

Should I keep it and maybe be able to bring it up to a B- at semester's end or should I take the WP?? Thanks in advance!

What, exactly does the idiot guidance counselor who let you enroll in a courseload that is tougher than what you would carry as a freshman pre-med at a top university have to say about this? You are carrying the equivalent of at least 18 semester hours of college work.

Drop something, and get your life back.

Before you learned any details and you had to call the counselor an idiot? I am not sure where that term can apply better!

You really need to go talk to the counselor about school policy.
At my DD’s school, her friend, who is close to failing an AP class, wanted to drop to regular class but was told that the school would still give her a bad grade for that.
