withdrawing an application?

<p>I've changed my mind about a college that I've already applied to. Not because I got in anywhere ED/EA, but I just didn't research the school thoroughly enough at the beginning. :/ Now I know it's not really where I want to go. Stupid mistake yeah I know..</p>

<p>But how do I withdraw my application? How should I explain in my email?</p>

<p>Send an email providing your name, address, and any applicant ID they’ve given you that says “I would like to withdraw my application.”</p>

<p>You don’t need to explain.</p>

<p>Correct. It’s actually a polite thing to do as you don’t have them needlessly evaluating your file.</p>
