<p>I've been accepted EDI to WashU, but I'm unsure of what to do next -- it's required that I withdraw all other applications, correct? How exactly do I go about doing that and is it necessary I do it asap?</p>

<p>Yes, I believe you withdraw them by calling the schools. I'm not even sure that you need a reason, but of course....you shouldn't feel ashamed to say you were accepted to Wash U =)</p>
<p>My counselor suggested that I write each school a brief and cordial letter thanking them for considering me but saying that I've elected to go to Wash U.</p>
