Wolverine Access

<p>I applied to Michigan at the end of Labor Day. Now, every time I try to create a Wolverine Access Account, it won't work. I created a friend ID and everytime I get to the New and Prospective Students page, I get this error when I enter my UMICH ID and birthday.</p>

<p>Identity Verification Error (27600,11) </p>

<p>Identification incorrect. Access to New and Prospective Student Business will be locked after 3 attempts. Please double-check your information and try again.</p>

<p>I've checked all my information and have tried this numerous times. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?</p>

<p>Wolverine access experiences hiccups from time to time. I didn’t have that problem but I had others. If you call the tech support folks they are very helpful.</p>
