Women Studies+Transfer friendly College

My boyfriend is trying to transfer to a school up north with a solid Women Studies program that isn't too stingy on transfer admission. His GPA isn't spectacular but he has a full time internship with a Feminist organization and works full time. Any ideas? Colleges within/near a city would be great (ex. Chicago...Boston...).

Thanks

Interesting, not too many males study Gender Studies. More power to him.
