What do you guys think about a 350 word supplement essay out of a 650 word limit? If it is well written and reveals personality is it okay?

Yes!

The essay is an opportunity for admissions to get to know a student better, instead of just a GPA and a list of activities. Take advantage of the word count and show admissions who you are as a person and convince them what you can bring to the college. In other words, keep writing. :)

Best of luck!

Being well written is the most important thing. Don’t add additional words that don’t add meaning. They aren’t going to count your words or be more impressed the closer you get to 650. But that said, if your essay is noticeably brief, its a potential red flag that you didn’t have much to say or didn’t put a full effort in. 350 sounds noticeably short - I would aim for 450-500 at a minimum.
