I could not “see” any options after guess 2 and didn’t even realize guess three was a word. I was just putting letters in to try and visualize possible options and decided to hit “return.” I was surprised to see it was in the word list At least it gave me the correct position for my two yellows and then I realized the right answer immediately.

My friend and I share our Wordle games daily. We are going to try an experiment by jointly deciding on a starter word (change it up daily), each using it and seeing who solves in the fewest turns. Hopefully will be a silly and fun modification because we play Wordle differently.

Does anyone else have customized rules with friends/family?

we’ve played wordle as a family while out to eat, waiting for our food. my daughter thinks its best to see who can win fastest; i like to see who can win with the least fewest turns. She usually always wins “fastest” as she’ll try words that might not have any of the clues. I think both are fun ways to play.
