I’ve always played wordle on the laptop. Is that no longer possible? I’m just getting a blank screen from the NYT website.
I tried installing the app on my phone, but I just get a blank screen there too.
Popup blocker or ad blocker maybe? I normally play on my phone, but on my desktop I just googled “NYT wordle” and went to the first result (Wordle - The New York Times). Seems to work fine. (No saved history because I hadn’t used that device before.) No app to install, just open in a browser. Maybe it’s also on an NYT app now but I don’t have that.
Editing to add - I know this isn’t your issue but in case it helps anyone else… when we first started playing, my H was commenting that it wasn’t saving his results like it did for the rest of the family. Turns out he was opening it in a private browsing window.
I experienced the same mental list today, fast/3 after yesterday’s agonizing/5. I happened to have a lucky break on my first guess, different from my normal choices.

None of those worked but it works in Chrome on the computer even though it didn’t seem to work in Chrome on the phone or as an app.

Rushed through this one and made some bad choices for the earlier guesses.
Yay—a rare event—guessing it on my 2nd guess. The 1st word showed 2 yellow letters!

Was up late, so did it a couple of minutes after midnight here. Got it in 4 this time, my most common number, but I thought my third choice was good too.

Sometimes I do random words but I find them harder and sometimes much more obscure. Yesterday, it was a word I had never heard of but H guessed it for me on my 6th chance.
