<p>I would like to get into some college program that allows me to work at disney world maybe for my field study. I've heard that most colleges have disney programs but I would like to hear from you guys.Does anyone know any big name schools offer a disney work program?</p>

<p>one of my friends did the disney college program, she didn't like it. But I think it would be pretty cool.</p>

<p>do a search on the forums for disney -- i think there was a thread about it several months ago -- and i think there were a fair number of negative comments. i can't recall the details - but do a search so you can get any info thats been posted here before.</p>
<p>I spoke to a guy who was working in the restaurant of the Disney hotel where I was a guest . He was doing this program. The first few weeks, I think it was a month, but don't hold me to it, he learned a lot. He went to Disney classes. The rest of his semester he was working as a short order cook making waffles and pancakes. He did not really think it was worth it, but tolerated it.</p>
