Work Study

How difficult is it to hold a job while attending classes and which job is usually considered easy?

Part of my financial aid packet included work study, and I've been browsing through the work-study website for a few days looking for a job that will still allow me time to cram. I've never had a real job before so it'll be a new experience balancing schoolwork and work-work.

I'm freaking out. Just a little.

the on-campus jobs seem to be pretty light. they'll only have you work like 10 hours a week and you'll have a really flexible schedule since all of the employees are college students. try to get a job working the desk at one of the libraries--all you'll really have to do is sit there and wait for someone to approach (which happens infrequently). you'll get plenty of study time.

Do America Reads- it's $11/hr and it's only a couple hours a week

what's america reads? i'm interested..

america reads is where u tutor children at a local elementary school

does neone have the link to workstudy positions?

Here you go. There's not that many level one jobs though.
