World History 2010 Exam

How'd you guys think you did?

someone tel me if this is illegal or whatever but:

the MC was brutal and the essays were pretty much a walk in the park

m/c = sooo hard

i did fine on the first 2 essays and messed up horribly on the last one

MC was pretty easy, DBQ was easy, the last 2 essays were hard.

MC wasn’t that bad. i skipped 3 and pretty sure i’ll get above 70%… I LOVED the DBQ . Compare /contrast wasn’t that bad… but CCOT i totally killed it. omg… i don’t know if we can do this or not… but can we talk about the MC?

MC was pretty easy.
The essays were also easy, except for the Compare and Contrast… Haha. I just rambled on that hoped it was somewhat related to the topic.

Collegeboard doesn’t allow us to talk about the MC.

MC was crap…I skipped like 10 and then went back and skipped 2. 1st and 3rd essays I could have done without even taking AP World. 2nd one I ********ted and related somewhat to the topic.

I should clarify. “Hard” as in I forgot to study that stuff, so I had to somewhat entirely BS those last 2 essays. If I’d read through my Barron’s more thoroughly, those essays would have been cake.

^I’d say that more for the MC than the essay though.

MC was fair. Nothing crazy. If you studied and knew the material, you should have done fine. By the end, I had skipped 8 and was unsure on probably 15 of the questions.

DBQ was relatively easy (there’s just SO much to include), #2 was also simple, but #3, which should have been easy, wasn’t something I was too adept on.

I think I could get a 4 or MAYBE a 5 depending on the curve???

^I learned #3 in regular world history, so I wrote 3 pages for that and the DBQ, I just hope my handwriting was sufficient… I wrote an apology at the end. xD.

Anybody know how the curve is for the whap exam?

and lol MattNC my handwriting was absolutely horrible for the essays too. I went back and even I couldn’t read them. It looked like a bunch of scribbles …

I think I did okay… I omitted 7 and think that I did pretty well on the rest. I guessed on around 10. The essays however…My DBQ was very unorganized. The ccot was pretty good and the comp was ok. I know I made one mistake so I don’t know how that will come out. Does anyone know if there is a thing you can guess your final score with online?

I liked the entire exam. The dbq was fun. The other two made me think but I easily got two pages out of each. Three on the dbq. The MC wasn’t very tricky except for one or two questions. Wayyyyy easier than the PR practice exams.

@sums: [AP Pass - AP Test Calculators, Study Guides, and Resources](http://www.appass.com)

Well it looks like at worst I got a 3.

I got a 2 on my mock so anything above is better…

Lollll, all of that was so easy. And my teacher is horrible. I’m so happy. I thought it would be hard and then it was as easy as the subject test, which I took before I took the class.

Ahhh. The multiple choice was pretty fair i think. I didn’t think it was the easiest multiple choice i’ve taken, but it certainly wasn’t the hardest.

For the DBQ, I kind of had a bit of trouble incorporating every document into the groupings, so i spent like twenty minutes altogether just trying to make the groups right…

Then my second and third essays were pretty sub-par >_<. I wasn’t totally solid on those eras and regions so…

At least at my school, the 3 AP world teachers all collaborated and forced us to do so much writing this year: 20+ essays -______-. So i ended up writing about four pages for each of the essays on the AP test today- 12 pages altogether. Hopefully that could make up for some of my weak examples.

AHHHHH I just realized that i think i forgot to do two point of views. Is one POV fine?

One is fine, but two would make it possible to move into the expanded core (8 or 9 points) if you fulfilled the rest of the rubric.

Would you still get the points for grouping if you just sorted the documents into regions?

also if you point out POV in two different documents but in the same like paragraph will you get points?

Also when/are we allowed to talk about the essays specifics?
