Hey everyone!
I recently found out that I must take World History (a full credit, typically year-long course) online over the summer under nonnegotiable circumstances, and I will only have 5 weeks before I must submit the official transcript for the course. Does this seem a realistic task? How many hours a week would I be expected to dedicate to this endeavour, considering the fact that I will be simultaneously working 35 hours a week and volunteering? How difficult will it be to get an A?
Thank you so much
Any guidance?? I have to submit the form to apply tomorrow
Dude I’m going to give it to you straight…
That aint going to happen because
- That’s too much material in such little time
- Online classes are hard because you need motivation
- You’re already jam packed with busy stuff like volunteering 35 hours a week (Almost a part-time job)
- If you ignore these reasons then you can forget about getting an A.
Don’t overwork yourself, kid.
Considering this country just elected a President, forgetting many of the things we were supposed to learn in world history (like the how rise of authoritarianism works), you should find a way to take World History the way it is supposed to be taken. More important than any grade.
@OHIvyCA Thank you for adding emphasis to my point.
@Darknez Thank you for your reply! Yeah, I definitely understand and agree with you, but, unfortunately, my high school is forcing me to take this course during the summer at risk of not being able to graduate.
