What's the best book to study from? I studied the Barron WH SAT II book and it was pretty crappy... At the second practice test there were a slew of grammar mistakes and sentence fragments and typos... and I got a 640.

I hear the Barron AP WH book is decent, but can anyone testify to this?

bump:

Also I have another question: What’s the curve for World History like?

I would not recommend World History if you have taken United States History for a year at some point. But if you think you’re strong at it, go ahead. 640 is a very respectable score. I don’t see anything wrong with that.

For the curve, WH isn’t as generous as the U.S. Because comparing the World to the U.S, you can make about 8-15 mistakes on the U.S and still end up near a perfect score. I’m unsure about the the World History’s curve, but I think it’s less lenient.

lol world history, skip 19questions for 800, which is around 14 wrong. for us, its 6ish wrong to go below 800
