hi, I am currently a sophomore in high school and i aspire to go to one of the top med schools out there. i wanted to know, does world language (i take spanish) matter? all my friends are in honors spanish III this year, and by senior year, they will be in ap spanish V. However due to complications in my schedule, i could not take honors spanish III this year. Therefore, i am only able to go up to honors spanish IV. Now i could take a summer course and skip honors spanish III so i wanted to know if this is worth it.

I think medical schools care more about what you did in your undergrad years than high school.

What you do in high school does not influence your Med school chances.
