My ECs are slightly weak in my opinion...i posted something prior but here's more detail i guess

Traveling Basketball (9th)
Referee for children's Bball games (10th, 11th, [12th])
Job (3.5 months, 11th [12th, longer time])
Volunteer work at hospital, 75 hours (11th, [12th])
Piano for 10 years (9th, 10th, 11th, [12th]) passed various exams in theory and playing, advanced in competition
Track (9th, 10th, 11th (L) [12th (L)])

During track season I'm committing quite a number of hours, but in the winter I only have piano for 30 min a day plus some ref on the weekends...i dont have a lot of hours of participation in the fall or winter, is that a huge problem?

its not necessarily how many ECs u have, its more about how dedicated u are and how good you are at them. if you are a phenomenal pianist and a decent track person then u should be fine. it seems that you arent very involved in school tho....which would look bad

school sucks. my concern is hours put in...cuz they ask that on the app. I put in decent hours, but not a ton...i have credentials, but looking at it, i dont spend that much time getting them. kind of odd...

my school clubs are dumb...the only organized clubs meet once a week for community service which i hate with a passion. everyone forms their own clubs to look good, they suck ,participating is only encouraging people to continue to do the same thing. I may be in NHS though, which is worthwhile
