Worried about getting Accepted

<p>Greetings, I'm new to College Confidential ^^</p>

<p>I'm really worried about getting accepted into OSU (Oklahoma State University not Ohio State University) but I know that I shouldn't really be as to I checked that they have a 87% acceptance rate. But yet still I think everyone is nervous...I live in TX at the moment,
Here is my info on my scholastic years...</p>

<p>I have a:
3.0 GPA scale (Not really sure how to calculate on a 4.0 scale because I have a solid B thats on my transcript it said 80.9343 something like that, so I'm figuring its a 3. something)
- Which I know that I passed the GPA scale they required.
My SAT was a 1090 (not the best but defiantly passed the required test score)
- Passed what they asked for.
Class rank? - I'm at the below 50% (this is what I'm mostly worried about =O)</p>

<p>I have everything that they required but I'm not in the top 10% or 3rd quarter! Will this really bring down my chances? Although I'm not a bad student. Nor, am I really THAT down I don't have an offical transcript since I graduated from high school which was back in june 09, I may have one but I can't find it I must of thrown it away,</p>

<p>What does everyone think?</p>

<p>PS. This school is my dreammmmmm school...I have to get accepted ugh, if not I dunno, I might be on suicidal watch.</p>

<p>Uhh… sorry to bring you’re hopes down, but you seem to have too low of a GPA and class rank. Is that SAT score out of a 2400. If it is, well then you should probably raise it to a 1200 and I think you could get in. Hope that helps</p>
