I'm worried I won't get into college?

Hello!
I am a junior in highschool, and lately I;ve been looking very hard at some colleges I'd like to attend. My number one choice is the University of Oklahoma. However, I am extremely worried that I wont make it into OU, seeing as colleges are so incredibly competitive. Here are my GPAs:
Freshman:3.6
Sophomore:3.0
Junior (quarter grade--semster not yet completed): 3.2

I have not yet taken my ACT or SAT, but plan to do so soon. My sohpomore year, I failed my Precalculus class, and have been retaking it through University of Texas. The D will still show up on my transcript, but so will my grade from the University of texas. That grade is not yet determined, as I have not completed the class. Throughout my high school classes, I have taken all of the AP and Honors classes offered. I have also done 3 years of varsity girls golf, and 3 years of varsity ski racing. A couple of weeks ago, I took a 2 week exchange with fellow peers and my teacher to Germany. I have also not completed any community service. I plan to do this however. What are my chances of getting into my dream college, University of Oklahoma? What can I do to increase my chances? Am I good enough to get accepted?

Thank you so very much for your time! I appreciate this incredibly much!

Try and score at least a 23 on the ACT…

Right now, you’re looking at getting accepted, but it’s really hard to judge without other aspects such as ACT and class rank, both of which are important factors for OU. Are you applying to honors college? Also, you may want to look up auto-admission stats necessary. At OU, if you have a certain GPA, class rank and act, you will automatically be admitted.

Thank you so much! Im more worried if my GPAs are enough?

I gave you that target score given your current GPA.
