I just want some opinions so…
Mathletes (captain)
FBLA (treasurer)
Newspaper (editor)
Student government (vp)
Robotics
School orchestra (concert master 3 years)
Pit orchestra (violin 1/concertmaster)
Local youth orchestra (play annual concerts at Carnegie hall)
Varsity tennis since 7th grade (captain, all league 5x, all conference 4x, all section 2x, all state)
Area all state orchestra (picked by getting a 99 on NYSSMA Level 6)
Columbia science honors program
Westchester math circle
Tutor
Science research program for 4 years (intern at Cornell University and published my own paper)
Us Open ball boy
Teach tennis to under privileged kids and am a paid hitting partner for top USTA players in the area
No one knows what your question is really…
If you’ve done things consistently e.g. 3 years of 1-4 core activities rather than jumping around all the time (1 year here, 1 year there, 6 months here, you get the idea), then you’ll be fine!
Your ECs are random af, schools like to see ECs revolving around a commontheme (like sports, music, debate, etc.)
Try to get some awards on national or international level. FBLA nats would look nice.

Really? I thought FBLA states and nats was a joke
not comparable to debate TOCs or even DECA ICDC, but the OP seems lacking in national awards, and FBLA is an easy way to get there.
Also doing a music related FBLA project would look good (maybe rebrand a music company or something).
