So I’m applying ED to U Penn for poli sci, but of course they still “highly recommend” 2 SAT subject tests even if you’re not going into math/science. I’m only qualified to take Math 1/2 (my college counselor said I should take Math 2) and Lit, and my college counselor said I shouldn’t send them in unless I got a 700. Problem is, I’ve been prepping for math 2 but there’s no way I can get a 700. So here are my questions:
- Is it worse to send in a bad score (high 600s) or not send it at all?
- Is it bad if I take math 1 instead? I know colleges don't take it "seriously" but I don't see why it should matter for a non math/science major
