Worth Notifying?

<p>On my application, I put down that I'd like to major in political science, while in actuality I mean to put PoliSci as a secondary option and international relations as my main major. </p>

<p>I've heard that students of the same major are often compared, and seeing as there are many students looking to go in as PoliSci students, would it make any difference if I notified my schools via email? </p>

<p>I think that is an important thing to send to them. It is a change in major which is definitely worth mentioning.</p>
