Since I just bombed a final today, I might get a C in Physics C. Would I be rescinded because of that? I might also get a B in AP Gov, so im looking at 3 A's, a B, and a C second semester.....am I screwed?

any current students ever been in my situation?
please help, im pretty freaked out right now :(

you are fine. At the most you might get a letter telling you to pull your marks up

thx collegecanwait
do you happen to kno if that letter will affect my first year at stanford? (like putting me at a disadvantage for choosing classes and stuff)

i'd be happier if i worried for nothing than if i chilled and got rescinded

As and Bs are fine... Ds and Fs aren't... Cs are generally risky. If you can try to pull it up to like a B- you should be totally fine, a C might be fine too, but if you have the chance to make it a B- I'd try to do that just to be safe.

i would say that even all Bs is safe for stanford, though you might get a warning.

yeah call the admissions office if you're that worried -- i don't see it as much of a problem

once you're here, tho, i can, with relative certainty, assure you that you'll be at no disadvantage no matter what :)

aha good to know good to know
i actually think ive got it to a b-, so no worries...hopefully haha
