Hello,

I'm 21 years old and I graduated from high school in 2008. I didn't really like high school, even though I did alright (3.25 GPA and 1950 on the SATs). I graduated high school in Washington state, then moved down to California in 2009 and started working down here. I currently still live in California.

I've been thinking about going to college to get either an AA or a BA. I may pick a school in California, in which case I'm sure I'd only pay in state tuition since I've established residency, but I've also thought about moving back to Washington, and going to college up there. My parents still live in Washington so I could live with them and save money. However, would I have to pay out of state tuition, since I've lived in California for 3 years, or would I be able to pay in state tuition, since I graduated from high school in Washington and my parents still live there?

Thanks.
