<p>that I have Level 2 spanish instead of Level 1 or honors? On my schedule for all 4 years of hs. I was placed in level 2 in 7th, and once you are placed there, you can't move up because level 1 is always like 2 chapters ahead or something.
I was placed only because my idiotic guidance counselors think new students should always be in level 2, and I should've been in level 1. :(
Can't catch up to level one now, so would it look bad if every year had level 2 spanish? (but every year, the material changes obviously. Like Spanish II, Spanish III, etc, just level 2 pace is slower than level 1 or honors. I have everything else honors except science).</p>
<p>I don’t think that’s a big deal. A good proportion of applicants don’t even take 4 years of a foreign language.</p>

<p>How will the college even know it’s a level 2 class? Unless the course name is regular vs honors, this shouldn’t even make a difference. </p>
