Would lacking in weekly EC's ruin one's chances of Acceptance in Early Decision?

I have a few regional awards in a specific Area...I have had weekly community(2hrs) service all 4 years..and one leadership position in my interest at a college program. Also The summer to senior year included two main EC's/special programs in my interest. However I am lacking in weekly EC througout HS :( I am in Honor societies ,ect but not in any varsity this or that or into music so i am lacking;however,i have done some pretty cool things along the way THAT HAVE CHANGED my life! So will this basically kill my chances in ED.I guess I will post some other general information:

UW:4.0 W:4.75

Rigor:IB

ACT:31(i hope to bring it up on my second try)

Rank:Top 1 percent i believe

Recs:Great I hope but I dont know my counselor very well

Essay:Great I expect once i write it

Thank you I just want to know if i should apply or not.Or if i will be another reject b/c my ECs arent stellar but do have some pretty cool aspects to them.Remember I'm applying ED :)

I’m sure you’ve heard this many many times, but Hopkins seems to pick applicants based on their uniqueness, not necessarily based on their numbers. If you’ve done some great stuff, write about them in your essay. If you do want to pursue more EC’s, do the ones that you are interested in, don’t randomly join 10 clubs your senior year, as that will look extremely suspicious. In hs, all of my EC’s were science related because that was my passion. I didn’t like sports, neither did I like most of the clubs offered at my hs. So I did a lot of science/math competitions and 2 years of research. That was it. I got in ED. So I wouldn’t kill myself if I were you over your EC’s.
