<p>Possibly. The bigger issue is whether you are applying as an international and if you need financial aid. Brown is need aware for international applicants.</p>
<p>Well i currently live in California. Ehhh i guess i can talk about that in my essay. and yes i do need financial aid ! </p>

<p>Yes. Definitely, it is more difficult if you do not have a Green card and need aid, because you do not qualify for federal aid.</p>
<p>It could help you if you showed (ie wrote an essay on) an interesting perspective of something because you lived in two countries...</p>
