<p>Filed the FAFSA. Used the retrieval tool for d's info (she filed early and got a refund). Couldn't use it for my info. I filed later. I had to pay, although the check has cleared the bank. Anyway I indicate and had filed and used the information from my completed 1040, so the only correction would be to retrieve exactly the same numbers from the IRS. I was not selected for verification this year. D's school does not verify every student. And I do not receive any federal aid (don't take the loans). </p>
<p>Any reason to go back in and make a correction using the tool when it becomes available?</p>
