Wouldn't our school be underestimated?

Hi, I'm a Japanese student thinking of applying to American colleges.
i was wondering how i could raise my high school's value in the admission process.
My school is very competitive and well known throughout Japan, including 3 prime ministers as alumnus.

My question is, how can i prove to the admission officers that my school is competitive and that the getting top 10 percent at my school means a lot more than achieving the top 10 percent at a local high school.
Since we do not have the same curriculum as US high schools like IB or AP, i am afraid that my high school will be treated the same way as any other high school.

How can i solve this problem?
any suggestions?

At least in the States, each school has a profile that is made available to colleges when they submit your information like transcripts. Ask your school’s guidance counselor (or your equivalent) if they include such a profile. If so, don’t worry about how your school appears, cos they’ll have already taken care of that for you! :)
