<p>tech normally looks at the math scores and yours is in good range. my verbal isn't that well either.</p>

<p>You should apply as fast as possible but if you are for sure that you can improve your SAT score, especially the verbal score, by a large difference, then go for it. However, since you are in-state and your GPA is pretty high, you should be fine. Good luck.</p>
