writing mc + essay scores for an 800?

<p>i'm just wondering, for an 800 Writing, what should my essay MC scores be? For example, with a 10 Essay how many MC mistakes can I make? How about a 11 essay? Or a 12 essay?</p>

<p>I had 1 wrong, 0 omitted and an 11 essay for an 800 in the May test.</p>

<p>-0 MC, 9-12 Essay = 800
-1 MC, 11-12 Essay = 800</p>

<p>Generous Curve (when MC is hard):</p>

<p>-0 MC, 9-12 Essay = 800
-1 MC, 10-12 Essay = 800
-2 MC, 11-12 Essay = 800
-3 MC, 12 Essay = 800</p>
