Question: (You may not realize that it is still possible to pick one's fruit from an orchard); the supermarket is not the only place where fruit is available today

Can someone why the phrase in the brackets is wrong? I have a feeling it's something to do with the semi-colon?

It starts off with YOU may not realize, which is the second person.

Then it ends with ONE’S fruit, which is the third person.

A sentence should start and finish with the same tense/person blah blah blah

Hey Alcaraz, I think it is because it uses “You…” and then “one’s”
I’m pretty sure it should be (“You may not realize that it is still possible to pick your fruit from an orchard”)
or
(One may not realize that it is still possible to pick one’s fruit from an orchard)

Ahhhh yes yes, thanks a lot guys. I have seen that type of question before but didn’t notice it here in this sentence lol

So basically stick with only one pronoun, either ‘you’ or ‘one’. Thanks a ton guys :)
