I accidentally submitted the wrong info for the awards/honors that I received on the Distinctive Candidate application (undergrad). I put that I was a national winner in nutrition for HOSA when I only was a competitor at nationals. (I was a state winner in the event.) I was a national winner in dental spelling but I didn't want to put that down because it wasn't the major I wanted to go into (Pharmacy)... Should I contact UoP about it and get it fixed or...... It's just I don't know if they would know it's a mistake because I was a national winner in another event... I'm just lost. Please help.

You can’t think of a single remedy?

The difference between state and national is pretty big, and national awards are easily verifiable.

I had a similar problem (much smaller issue though; I mixed up state and regional event names, though I won both…) and I even emailed the admissions office to clarify. I recommend emailing them.
