Wrong word used in supplementary essay. Should I email the college?

I applied to Babson College and they have a supplementary essay which is basically a “why us” essay. I wrote about how I volunteer at a youth-run social enterprise which sells food and uses the revenue to employ intersex persons. Only problem is, instead of using the word “intersex” i accidentally wrote “heterosexual individuals” and this might just be the stupidest mistake i’ve ever made. I have no clue how my brain inserted this word while i know fully well the difference between the two. But it’s been submitted already and i can’t change it so i was hoping if i should email Babson mentioning this?

p.s. I also talked about this social enterprise in the activity section of my common app and i correctly used the word “intersex” over there

Just send them an email and say you meant “intersex”, not “heterosexual”. Then hope they are understanding.

Edit: But probably they understood what you meant from the activity section, so doing nothing is also an option.
