360s E3 press conference is today... Fallout 3 is looking nice! :)

I had that "red ring of death" on my 360 too. I wrapped it with a couple of wet towels (I thought it was overheated) and now it won't even turn on. Weird.

Just as well because I don't need to focus on video games right now.

I don't know, I thought it would cool it down. I didn't put the wet towel near the holes on the side of it...I guess it dripped in. My friend told me it would work and I was too ****ed off by the red ring to send it back so I tried it. Whatever, I like my PS3 better anyway.

Let me put this clear: the towel trick does NOT involve wet towels.

"I thought it would cool it down."

You realize the idea is to get the 360 as hot as possible so it re-solders?

I didn't know that at the time. I just want people to learn from my mistake. It was stupid to put anything wet around an electrical appliance.

Lol, final fantasy 13 was announced today for the 360. Yay, we're finally getting a good crop of JRPGs!

No Versus, though.

I thought Versus was canceled while they worked on XIII for the time being?

Nope, I think versus is still in production, albeit for the ps3, not the 360 (for the time being that is)...

Now we just need to get KH3, and I'll be set!

it sure is =D
