<p>I just bought an xbox with 27 games, 4 controllers, and dvd remote off of craigslist today. I think it was a really awesome deal for $200:) It kinda sucks that they probably won't make games for it anymore but it was such a great deal...</p>

<p>integtypeR: I found it on craigslist. I guess I should have clarified that it's used but everything's in pretty good condition and some games haven't even been opened. I'm loving the xbox though, should have bought it way sooner:)</p>

<p>Me and my brother preordered one from EB Games in JULY, and we're still not guaranteed one before Christmas.</p>

<p>No store in my area got more than like 50. the little chains (EB Games, Gamestop, etc.) didn't get more than like 20.</p>
<p>hmm so i'm guessing you don't live in much of an urban area. how far are you away from a bigger city... seems like it wouldve been worth the drive.</p>
<p>oh and usually don't stores receive a certain amount of units PLUS the pre-ordered?</p>
<p>360....pleeease, I don't even play with my regular XBox. One week after I got it, I was saying to myself, "this is boring," and that was that.</p>
<p>Yeah, the small chains got like 10 plus preordered, and the 10 were taken by people who camped out. Big stores in the area didn't do preorders, and so people who camped out got them. </p>
<p>I didn't have the time to camp out, plus it's freezing and I'm not that desperate. I also don't have the time to go to Baltimore or DC in the middle of the week.</p>
