<p>Bruin Bash is this Sunday and Monday!</p>
<p>Be a part of the best Welcome Week celebration UCLA has ever seen. Bruin Bash is this Sunday and Monday all over the UCLA campus.</p>
<p>The fun begins at 7 p.m. on Sunday with a private (Bruins only) concert featuring Rooney and Xzibit. Afterwards you can either dance the night away or enjoy a free sneak of Ali G’s new movie “Borat.”</p>
<p>Monday, find out how to get involved on campus by checking out over 250 student groups and campus departments at the Enormous Activities Fair, held on the Intramural Field. This year’s fair will be bigger than last year’s and will include games, music and plenty of free stuff.</p>

<p>Kinda dumb, but back when I lived in the dorms, anytime me and my roommate would come down toward DeNeve dining hall we'd throw up a big X with our arms for Xzibit because the dining hall has a huge X for the support structure that you can see outside.</p>
<p>Xzibit woulda been cooler a few years ago when he was a bit bigger, he hasn't really had a hit in a while. I did see him in concert a few years ago (he came out and freestyled a few songs with Talib Kweli) and he got the crowded rockin. Seems like a cool dude though.</p>
<p>Anyway, I got the email too and didn't see any mention of X in it.</p>

<p>r they really strict about checking bruincards to get into the concert? b/c i have a couple of friends from other colleges that want to come</p>
<p>last year, you needed a bruin card to get a wristband, and you needed the wristband to get into the concert.</p>
<p>so i guess you can get your UCLA friends who know they're skipping the concert to get you wristbands, or just forget your old friends and make new ones at Bruin Bash! :D</p>
<p>Yeah we actually got bruincarded at the concert WITH wristbands already on. </p>
<p>So yknow. Wouldn't risk it.</p>
