Ya know what's weird?

First of all, I am overweight (and male). Second of all, I am a compulsive snacker. And ya know how people talk about the "College ten or fifteen?" Well, I just got back from a 3-week camp at a college and got home 4 pounds lighter.

I can't wait for real college! I'll be a junior this coming year.

it could just be water

if u didnt see a difference then you probably didn't lose any fat, because 4lbs of fat is a lot

I hated the food at the camp I went to the summer before 7th grade. So I basically ate less and had barely any time to eat snacks. I lost like 15-20 pounds. My parents said I looked like a "dried-up sponge" lol

I went to a camp and I gained nothing.

went to a summer program for three weeks, apparently lost 10-15 pounds (according to my mom)...I thought I had gained 3-4 pounds.

But, yeah, my friend goes away to camp for a month each year, loses 40 pounds because he doesn't eat anything! Then, within a week, he's like the same size as before.

Prolly because of any walking/fact that you don't have random time to "snack"

Put a lock on the pantry lol.

I went to debate camp at UCLA shortly after I returned from a trip to India. I had lost a lot of weight in India, so I gained it all back at UCLA because the food was AMAZING.

That happens to me too. I think it is because I don't usually snack when I'm away at camp- I just eat three meals a day.

i thought i'd gain more when i came to america.

actually i lost like 10 llbs. go figure.

lmao, i actually heard that the freshman 15, is now more like the freshman 5.

simply because kids are doing a better job getting fatter in high school......

I'll take some of your weight. I've had people ask me if I had an eating disorder.

Rush delivery should do.

You can take some of mine too. I usually go for a 3mile run and lose some weight, only to get it back from drinking a lot of water later on. I worked hard all summer and I barely lost 8 pounds

^ Don't give up hope; Muscle weighs more than fat :)
