<p>What is the international rate of acceptance ?</p>
<p>I wonder what the admit rates would be if you took away everyone that had lets say below SAT I of 2100, legacy, athlete, special cases, and affirmative action admits. I always wonder what ECs the admits have to these colleges, and I think it would be nice to see roughly what the admits had for awards and ECs as opposed to the rejected ones (after eliminating those who fit the criteria above).</p>
<p>This is not at all depressing :P Yeah right! I am beginning to look at the Ivy's as luck-based. I look at some people on this forum that had amazing awards and test scores that I would never hope to compete with who got rejected! Is it truly just luck? --Don't answer that question :D</p>

<p>perhaps in my case, next year the economy will be in such terrible states that people won't apply because it's too expensive. yes, this is unrealistic and impractical, but one can dream...</p>
