Hi, I'm a prospective SCEA applicant and am trying to ensure that I understand how the Yale Fee Waiver request works.
On the supplement, there is a question that asks: If you wish to apply for a fee waiver, please provide the following information on a separate page:
-Your full name
-The combined annual income of your family in U.S. dollars
-The number of dependents listed for tax purposes by your parents
-A brief statement of additional circumstances, if any, that should be considered in a review of your fee waiver request.

I've filled this out. However, I'm unsure whether there is another form somewhere that I need to fill out and send in separately. I'm confused because other colleges I've dealt with request a separate fee waiver.

Could someone confirm that the above is all I need to do, or tell me that I'm wrong? I don't want to risk having my application not be processed because I make a mistake here.

Thanks…but that doesn’t really answer my question. Yale makes it seem as though filling out the box on the supplement is enough, while that link says I need a recommendation for a fee waiver from my counselor. Where, though, would I send such a note from my counselor? With the rest of my application? To the FA office?
The rest of my app is being submitted online, so it seems a bit weird that I would mail a single note from my counselor.
Thanks for your help. :)

i would speak to your guidance counselor, as his or her note may suffice for Yale’s application. And they be able to send it electronically, as well.

WHICH SCHOOL FORMS MAY BE SUBMITTED ONLINE?
For teachers, the Teacher Evaluation (including an attached letter of recommendation) may be submitted online. Counselors can submit the School Report (including transcript, attached letter of recommendation, and optional attached school profile), the Optional Report (including transcript), the Midyear Report (including transcript), the Final Report (including transcript), the Homeschool Supplement (if applicable), the International Supplement (if applicable), and the NACAC Fee Waiver. The Early Decision Agreement may also be submitted online to member colleges that accept it electronically.

No no, I mean I have a CB fee waiver that I can use on the Payments section of the Common. Do I still need to apply for one on the Yale Supplement anyway?
