<p>Essays and recommendations (counselor and teacher and maybe even supplementary, though less so) are always more important than things like interviews and, arguably, EC lists, in selective college admissions.</p>
<p>Of course, transcripts are the most important.</p>
<p>Got an interview call while nobody was home today. Some high profile doctor! I had an on campus interview so I guessed I wasn’t going to have an alumni one at this point, but I guess he’s squeezing me in. </p>
<p>Hopefully he doesn’t grill me, he seems pretty impressive. Just gotta be confident :).</p>

<p>Just when I thought I was out, they PULL me back in. Someone just called and offered me an interview for this Friday after school.</p>
<p>Even just after the phone call I could feel all my muscles twitching. I’m always so nervous after stuff like this!</p>

<p>I am up at this ungodly hour finishing homework but I can’t help myself…I keep wondering what the decision is…and its preventing me from doing other work…oh god…anyone else feel the same way?</p>
<p>Also, do we know if it comes out at 5pm on Dec. 14th? or midnight?</p>

<p>I had that problem for much of the school year as a Junior, but for some reason, I’ve become somewhat more diligent this year.</p>
